Mary-anne Rapson.MIMA (Cert) : Centre Manager

Role: Money Matters Centre Manager

Experience: Mary-anne has been working as a Money Adviser since 2016. She qualified as a Money Adviser by achieving her Certificate in Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) in 2018 and maintains her annual CPD. She is a member of the Institute of Money Advisors. Mary-anne is known among the foodbanks for the excellent level of care she gives to each client. Her experience makes her ideally suited to leading the Money Matters team.

Sarah Jane Colclough : Financial Capability, Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Role: Financial Capability and Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Experience: Sarah Jane joined the team in January 2021. She has a degree in Social Welfare Law, Policy and Advice Practice and is currently studying for a Masters degree. She has previous experience working with Probation. She has extensive knowledge of welfare benefits and debt solutions. She has achieved Community Money Advice’s Level 2 Award in Generalist Debt Advice.

Laura Woolliscroft: Financial Capability, Energy Adviser

Role: Financial Capability and Energy Adviser

Experience: Laura is currently studying for a degree in Social Welfare Law, Policy and Advice Practice. She has achieved Community Money Advice’s Level 2 Award in Generalist Debt Advice. Laura previously worked as a Customer Care supervisor for a worldwide transport company and has many years’ experience in customer care.

Lisa Holdcroft: Money Advisor

Role: Money Advisor

Experience: Lisa volunteered for Money Matters whilst studying at Staffordshire University. After completing her Social Welfare Law Policy and Advice Practice degree, she worked as a Debt Advisor Caseworker at Citizens Advice. Lisa spent three years at Citizens Advice, where she gained MAPS accreditation to specialist level in debt advice casework. Lisa rejoined Money Matters as a Money Advisor in April 2022.
