Saltbox’s Restart service works with previous offenders to help break the cycle of homelessness, addiction and incarceration. We do this through a mix of accommodation, pastoral care, support to navigate the benefits and health system, and training to improve employability skills.

A large number of our clients come to us with no more than the clothes they stand up in and a determination to turn their life around. As a charity, we rely solely on donations to help us provide the bare essentials to help them face the long road ahead.

If you are having a clear out and can donate any of the following, we would love to hear from you!

• Men’s shoes and clothing
• Single size bedding
• Kitchen items (crockery, mugs & glasses, cookware, cutlery, tea towels)
•  Bathroom items (shower curtains, bath mats)
• Nets and curtains
