NATIONAL

Cinnamon provides support nationally for churches looking to start new caring initiatives in their communities.  Saltbox’s CEO, Lloyd Cooke, is one of two national advisors to Cinnamon.  Saltbox has also provided the model for the national rollout of Faith Action Audits and also the Stoke-on-Trent pioneered Civic Prayer Breakfast.

Gather is a national network of over 120 Christian unity movements in UK towns and cities, helping to promote unity and strategic sector engagement. Stoke-on-Trent’s CONNECT Leaders’ meeting is one of these movements and is recognised as a leading model of such unity and city engagement.

Based in Birmingham, the World Prayer Centre provides support to encourage increased prayer by Christians in communities, regions, nations and across the world. Saltbox has been a regular partner and supporter of WPC, engaging with various national prayer initiatives and the WPC annual conference.

Saltbox is proud to be a member of the Evangelical Alliance which provides a voice for evangelical Christians across the UK. We have supported various EA initiatives helping to foster mutual support and encouragement for Christian mission.

Because of Saltbox’s work with those in need, be it lonely older people, those facing debt issues or ex-offenders needing housing and support, it is a regular contributor to strategic partnership working with various departments of the City Council.
