Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours (this post may involve flexible working)
Salary: £23,808.84
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract

Purpose of the role
Providing a high quality front of house customer service dealing with enquiries at the first point of contact, either by telephone or face to face. To provide and maintain a methodical, effective and efficient administration system which underpins the Restart services.
To ensure that accurate and up to date data is maintained in line with the business requirements of the Restart service. To offer administrative support to the wider organisation as agreed by the HR Manager & Restart Support Manager.
Summary of Main Duties
- To undertake office Reception duties, including greeting residents and visitors, answering telephone queries and forwarding calls to appropriate staff, ensuring good communication and positive working relationships
- To ensure that all interview and group rooms are ready, tidy and open for resident and staff usage each morning, ensuring that notices are clearly displayed
- To distribute office mail, checking the post daily and ensure the posting of external mail at the end of the day
