Mary-anne Rapson.MIMA (Cert) : Centre Manager

Role: Money Matters Centre Manager

Experience: Mary-anne has been working as a Money Adviser since 2016. She qualified as a Money Adviser by achieving her Certificate in Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) in 2018 and maintains her annual CPD. She is a member of the Institute of Money Advisors. Mary-anne is known among the foodbanks for the excellent level of care she gives to each client. Her experience makes her ideally suited to leading the Money Matters team.

Colin Ayres : Financial Capability, Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Role: Financial Capability and Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Experience: Colin joined the Money Matters team in August 2020. He has previous extensive experience working in energy advice and support for vulnerable customers struggling to pay their bills. Having worked with Money Matters as part of an external partner organisation previously across the foodbank network Colin is suited a great well suited to this role. He has achieved Community Money Advice’s Level 3 Award in Generalist Debt Advice and also has a level 2 certificate in Mental Health Awareness and Certificate in Counselling.

Sarah Jane Colclough : Financial Capability, Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Role: Financial Capability and Energy Adviser and Money Adviser

Experience: Sarah Jane joined the team in January 2021. She has a degree in Social Welfare Law, Policy and Advice Practice and is currently studying for a Masters degree. She has previous experience working with Probation. She has extensive knowledge of welfare benefits and debt solutions. She has achieved Community Money Advice’s Level 2 Award in Generalist Debt Advice.

Morag McNeill : Administration Support

Role: Money Matters Administration Support

Experience: Morag joined the team in November 2021. She comes with many years of experience providing customer service, managing an office and providing admin support as well as 30 years in the banking industry. Her background and skillset make her ideal for this role within Money Matters.
